DDP term=full name Delivered Duty Pai, also known as Double Clearance Duty Pai door-to-door. Double clearance inclusive tax is a total price quoted by an international freight forwarding company to the shipper in international freight transportation. This price includes all expenses such as export customs declaration, destination country import customs clearance, and tariffs, as well as any customs clearance documents required during the transportation process, which are handled by the freight forwarding company.

What is the difference between DDP and double clearance inclusive tax?

Most double clearance and tax inclusive services include import taxes, national taxes, and door-to-door delivery. This is no different from DDP. The difference is that DDP requires the shipper. The consignee shall provide import and export customs declaration materials and clearance materials, and the customs clearance agency of the freight forwarding company shall act as the agent for customs declaration and clearance. And all the documents related to double clearance and tax coverage are handled by the freight forwarding company. Use a freight forwarding company or a trading company to unify customs declaration and clearance. This will result in some joint liability and risks.
